THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.14259 of 2018 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the only grievance of the writ petitioner is in respect of nonregistration of a crime on the reports/complaints, dated 10.04.2018 and 19.04.2018, lodged by the petitioner with the Station House Officer, Begumpet Police Station, Hyderabad/3rd respondent herein.

I have heard the submissions of Sri Rajagopallavan Tayi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and of the learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana), appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. I have perused the material record. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, on oral instructions, submits that on the reports/complaints of the petitioner, a case in Crime No.124 of 2018 was registered, on 26.04.2018, by the Station House Officer, Begumpet Police Station, Hyderabad/3rd respondent herein, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 447, 427 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860. 4.

In that view of the matter and as no further cause survives for adjudication, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
