Heard counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Public Prosecutor.

During the course of hearing it is brought to the notice of this Court that charge sheet is already filed on 27.12.2010, but the interim order was passed by this Court on 28.12.2010.

Since the charge sheet is already filed, no cause survives in the present criminal petition. The criminal petition is accordingly closed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. However, it is open to the petitioner to avail the remedies as per law.
