THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE N.BALAYOGI WRI T PETI TI ON No.13689 of 2017 ORDER: (per SK,J) Sri P.Venkatesh, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to pursue O.A.No.1592 of 2016 which is at the final stage of being transferred to this Court consequent upon the abolition of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in so far as the State of Telangana is concerned.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
