wp_10624_2004 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus by declaring the order in O.A.No. 667 of 2001 dated 20-06-2002 upholding the proceedings No. L3/23118/98, dated 07-01-2000 and Memo No. 6153/110/A2/Admn.I/2000, dated 09-05-2000 and Memo No. K3/23118/98 dated 27-11-2000 issued by the respondents herein as illegal, arbitrary and consequently set aside the same and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem think fit and proper." 2.
At the hearing, Sri S.Ak.Mynuddin, learned counsel, representing Sri V.Mallik, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
