This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the inaction of the respondents in providing alternative site to the petitioner in lieu of acquisition of his land admeasuring Ac.0-05 cents in Survey No.137-8/9 for the purpose of approach road from Srikanthapuram to Harijanawada in the year 1983, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the hearing, Mr.N.Aswartha Narayana, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
