This appeal is filed under Section 173 of Motor Vehicles Act assailing the judgment and decree dated 04.07.2014 passed in M.V.O.P.No.672 of 2010 on the file of the XXVII Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad.

During pendency of the appeal, the matter was settled before the Lok Adalat vide Award dated 08.09.2018.

Accordingly, the M.A.C.M.A. is disposed of in terms of the award passed by the Lok Adalat on 08.09.2018. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal shall stand closed.
