Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Government Pleader appearing for Land Acquisition, so also the learned Standing Counsel for 5th respondent Corporation Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, on instructions, submitted that if the private property of the petitioner is required for any public purpose, the authorities will follow due process of law. Recording the same, the writ petition is accordingly disposed of. It is also made clear that in the guise of this order, the petitioner shall not make any illegal constructions.
