HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.14262 OF 2018 O R D E R :

The case of the petitioner is that in pursuance to the notification No.14/2017, dated 14.04.2017 issued by the respondent for the post of Trained Graduate Teacher in Mathematics in Residential Educational Institutions Societies, the petitioner applied as she is having all the requirements in terms of age, qualification to apply for the said post. Thereafter, the petitioner also appeared for both screening and mains examination conducted by TSPSC and obtained 42.133 marks in the main examination. As she obtained merit in the main examination she was also called for certificate verification process.

The grievance of the petitioner is that in the list of provisionally selected candidates, petitioner's hall ticket number is not specified, whereas the number of two candidates who obtained less marks than the petitioner and who are women belonging to same community i.e. ST and same zone as that of the petitioner, have been included. Petitioner also submitted representation dated 04.04.2018 to the respondents seeking reasons for not including her name in the list of provisional selected candidates list, though she obtained more marks than the said other two candidates. But, no action has been taken till date. Hence, present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances, the respondents are directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 04.04.2018, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order or before making any appointments, and take necessary action. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
