This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri P. SAJAN KUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and the SRI S. GANESH,. Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent No.1 and of none appeared for the Respondent No. 2.

The Court made the following: ORDER

,7 This application is filed to extend two more weeks in complying the condition stipulated by this Court vide order dated 13.09.2023 in Crl.P.No.60O3 of 2023. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court vide order dated 13.09.2023 in Crl P.No.6003 ol 2023 directed the petitioner to appear before the investigating officer on or before 25.09.2023 between 02.00 PM and 04.00 PM in mnnection with FIR No.366 of 2023. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner failed to appear before the investigating officer on 25.O9.2023 as directed by this Court, as he was implicated in four other crimes and he is apprehending arrest in connection with the said crimes. Therefore, the petitioner seeking extension of two more weeks in complying the condition stipulated by this Court. Having considered the facts and circumstances, the petitioner - accused No.2 is directed to appear before the lnvestigating Officer on or before 2O.1O.2O23 between 02.00 PM and 04.00 PM. lt is made clear that no further extension will be granted to the petitioner - accused No.2.

The other conditions stipulated in the order dated 13.09.2023 passed by this Court in Crl. Petition No.6003 of 2023 shall remain unaltered. Accordingly, this lA is ordered.
