HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4859 of 2013 ORDER :

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. by petitioner/accused, seeking quashment of proceedings in Crime No.76 of 2013 of Moinabad Police Station, Cyberabad, in which, he is charged for the offence under Section 379 of IPC.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter addressed by SubInspector of Police, Moinabad P.S., Ranga Reddy District to the Public Prosecutor, informing that after investigation, Police have referred the case as false and a final report is filed before the learned VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Rajendranagar on 30.04.2013. In view of the said letter, learned Public Prosecutor requested the Court to close the petition.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is closed, as the Prosecution filed final report referring the case as false. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
