THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No. 440 of 2017 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order, dated 28.09.2016, passed by this Court in W.P.No.33265 of 2016.

The writ petition was allowed holding non-renewal of the contract of the petitioner is bad and accordingly, the order, dated 30.06.2016, passed by the respondent herein was set aside and the matter was remanded to him for consideration of the case of the petitioner afresh.

After remand, the respondent gave opportunity to the petitioner, who appeared before him on 03.02.2017. After considering the case of the petitioner, the respondent passed an order on 15.03.2017 rejecting his case.

In view of the above, no further orders are necessary in the present contempt case.

Hence, the contempt case is closed. However, it is open to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings against the order, dated 15.03.2017, in accordance with law ___________________________ A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO,J Dt:13.04.2017 kdl
