This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioners/accused to quash S.C.No.93 of 2021 on the file of learned VI Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, at Secunderabad. The offences alleged against them are under Sections 302 and 201 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code (for short "IPC").

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/accused and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State. Perused the record.

The sessions case is of the year 2021 and there is no progress in the matter. Without going into the facts of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the concerned Court to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible within a period of six (06) months.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
