THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY TREVC.NO.7 OF 2016 ORDER: {Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} Sri S.Suri Babu, learned Special Standing Counsel for Commercial Taxes, would submit that against a common order passed by the Sales Tax Appellate Tribunal (Tribunal) in T.A.No.98 of 2007 and batch dated 28.03.2012, the revenue had preferred TRC.No.84 of 2014 which was dismissed by this Court on 12.03.2014 on the ground that no question of law arises for consideration thereat. As the revision preferred against the common order passed by the Tribunal has been dismissed in TRC.No.84 of 2014, this appeal must be and is, accordingly, dismissed on the same ground that no question of law arises for consideration. There shall be no order as to costs.
