Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for respondents.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating as follows:

"It is submitted that the allegations made by the petitioner that the respondent Nos.5 & 6 are interfering with the peaceful possession of her property is false and denied herewith, as the respondent No.5 & 6 never interfered with the property matters of the petitioner at any point of time.

It is submitted that, in fact the petitioner Kanyagari Laxmi is involved in a case in Crime No.419/2019, U/s.447, 427, 323, 506 r/w 34 IPC of Gachibowli police station on 24.7.2019, wherein the petitioner Kanyagari Laxmi is arrayed as Accused No.2. In the said case the accused Kanyagari Laxmi was arrested on 24.7.2019 and was sent to judicial custody. The case is still under investigation. The petitioner instead of cooperating with the investigating agency filed this writ petition. It is submitted that keeping that in mind, the above case the petitioner had come up with present writ petition to bring pressure on the police officials, all the averments and contention raised in the writ affidavit are false are denied".

Recording the written instructions produced by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and the third parties. However, this order will not preclude respondent Police from investigating into crime.

There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
