HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 24732 of 2002 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in terminating the services of the petitioner orally on 03.12.2002, as illegal and arbitrary. While admitting the writ petition, this Court directed that if the petitioner continued as a casual worker by the end of November, 2002, she shall be continued, vide orders dated 13.12.2002 in WPMP No.31166 of 2002.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned standing counsel for the respondents submits that in compliance with the interim orders granted by this Court, the petitioner is being continued in service and, hence, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.
