Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. The petitioner was appointed as a Fair Price Shop Dealer of Shop No.1 of Ibrahimpatnam Village, Ranga Reddy District. The authorization was valid up to 31.03.2015 and an application for its renewal was already filed within the prescribed time. While so, on 16.05.2015 the Village Revenue Inspector inspected the shop and found some variation in the stock. In view of the variation in the stock, the shop was sealed on 16.05.2015. The petitioner submitted her explanation on 18.05.2015 and when no action was taken, the petitioner filed W.P.No.15147 of 2015 and after receipt of the notice, the impugned order suspending the authorization of the petitioner was passed without a date and it was served on 17.06.2015. Thereafter, the petitioner withdrew the said writ petition and filed the present writ petition.

3. A reading of the impugned order shows that the order of suspension was passed based on the allegation of variation in the stock. The learned Government Pleader submits, on the basis of written instructions, that a show cause notice was issued to the petitioner on 06.06.2015 to submit her explanation within seven days thereof. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an explanation was submitted on 18.05.2015 before the 2nd respondent. However, the petitioner has to submit an explanation pursuant to the show cause notice dated 06.06.2015. In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to submit her explanation to the show cause notice dated

06.06.2015, if it was not already submitted, within seven days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and the 3rd respondent shall complete the enquiry and pass final orders thereon within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of explanation from the petitioner.

4. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
