It is stated by learned counsel on both sides that the order passed by this Court on 21-11-2016 in W.P.No.40062 of 2016 has since been complied with, although there is some delay in complying with the same.

In view of the compliance by respondent of the said order, this Contempt Case is closed. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
