THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT APPEAL No.189 OF 2016 and WRIT APPEAL No.433 of 2016 PC: (per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Mr. Vedula Srinivas, learned counsel for the appellant does not press these appeals and seeks liberty to the appellant to participate in the auction proceedings if the respondents conduct auction in respect of the subject matter of these proceedings. He further seeks direction to the respondents to refund Rs.8,300/- that was deposited by the appellant for participating in the earlier auction proceedings.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents shall refund the said amount (Rs.8,300/-) within a period of four weeks from today.

His statement is recorded and accepted.

Writ Appeals are accordingly disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also

stand disposed of.
