This criminal petition is filed for quash of the proceedings in Cr.No.52 of 2013, against the petitioner, who is A1, on the file of the Station House Officer, Choutuppal Police Station, Nalgonda District. The offence alleged is under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

The learned Public Prosecutor produced a letter addressed by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Choutuppal Police Station, Rachakonda Comissionerate dated stating that the case has been referred as false on 16.04.2015 and a final report is filed before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Ramannapet.
