HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 13683 of 2002 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the proceedings dated 19.07.2002 issued by the 2nd respondent, insofar as re-categorizing the petitioners from Grade-I to Grade-II, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is reported by the learned counsel for the petitioners that while admitting the writ petition, this Court granted interim suspension of the impugned proceedings, vide orders dated 29.07.2002 in WPMP No.17031 of 2002, and the said interim order was made absolute, vide orders dated 24.10.2002 in WVMP No.2703 of 2002. Therefore, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
