HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 29208 of 2016 Order:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the fourth respondent in not taking any action on the complaint submitted by the petitioner on 18.07.2016.

Learned Government Pleader for Home produced before this Court a letter dated 14.11.2016 addressed to the petitioner pursuant to the complaint made on 18.07.2016 and, since the learned counsel for the petitioner wanted time to verify whether such letter was received by the petitioner or not, the matter was adjourned. Today, when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the letter addressed by the fourth respondent was received by the petitioner. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
