.....Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to declare the action of the respondent authorities in not allotting the essential commodities quota to the petitioner's Fair Price Shop No.829, Gandepalli village, Husnabad Mandal, Karimnagar District, during the subsisting of the authorization and without there being any disciplinary proceedings, as being illegal and arbitrary. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Smt. S.V. Indira, Advocate for the Petitioner and G.P. for Civil Supplies (TG) for the Respondents, the Court made the following ORDER:

For counter, post after summer vacation, 2015. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the commodities allegedly seized from the auto driver does not belong to the fair price shop of the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner made a representation to the Collector (CS) setting forth his grievance in respect of the order suspending the authorization and the same is pending.

The Collector (Civil Supplies) is, therefore, directed to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
