Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file fresh Writ Petition against the Wakf Board.

Permission is accorded and, accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh Writ Petition against the Wakf Board. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
