Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. The writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.

It is the case of the petitioner that she is the original owner and pattadar of land admeasuring Acs.7.39 guntas in various survey numbers of Irwin Village, Madugul Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, and out of the said extent of land, the petitioner alienated land to an extent of Acs.6.00 under seven registered sale deeds in favour of third parties while retaining land to an extent of Ac.1.39 guntas situated in Survey No.252/2 to 246 of the same village. But, without issuing notice to the petitioner, the land of Ac.1.39 guntas is updated in the revenue records in name of Seetharam, S/o. Kistya, Ramesh, S/o.
Sevudu, Gopal, S/o.
Kistya, Pandu, S/o.Kistya.
The grievance of the petitioner is that she was neither put on notice nor informed about the said changes in the revenue records. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner claimed to have submitted a representation dated 19.02.2022 before respondent
No.2 requesting rectification of the entries in the revenue records. However, the said representation is still pending and respondent No.2 has not taken any action thereon. 3.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted that after introduction of Dharani Portal, the manual application submitted by the petitioner could not be considered by the respondents and if the petitioner makes online application through Dharani Portal seeking redressal of her grievance, the same would be considered by the respondents in accordance with law.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make online application through Dharani Portal seeking rectification of the entries made in the revenue records in respect of the subject land and on making such application by the petitioner, respondent No.2 is directed to consider the said online application and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of submission of application by the petitioner. It is needless to observe that respondent No.2 shall put all the parties interested on notice including the persons whose names
are reflected in online Dharani Portal in respect of the subject land before passing order.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
