This revision petition is filed questioning the order dated 12.12.2013 in IA.No.757 of 2013 in OP.No.796 of 2012 by the Additional Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the revision petition has become infructuous and endorses the same on the bundle.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
