Perused the petition and the joint memo filed by the parties. The petitioners/Accused No.1 and 2 are ascribed of the offences under Sections 384, 420 of IPC and Section 3 (5) (A) of A.P ( Telangana Area) Money Lenders Act. The complainant and her counsel by name Sri M. D. Mukhta Pasha, and the petitioner/ accused No.1 to 2 i.e., Praveen Begum and Mohammed @ Mohd Khan respectively and their counsel by name Sri Shakeel Ahmed were present in the open Court and submitted that they have compromised the matter. Permission is already granted in Crl.M.P.No.17678 of 2014.

02. In view of the compromise entered into by the parties in this matter, the Crime No.168 of 2014 of P.S., Kalapather, Hyderabad, is hereby quashed in terms of the compromise.
