THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P. No.16859 of 2017 ORDER:

By referring to the cause that has arisen, as on date of filing of the writ petition, the petitioners tried to persuade this Court for orders.

The writ petition could not be listed for the past one year, therefore, Mr.Janardan Rao submits that he is not clear whether cause is subsisting as on date or not. However, seeks liberty to work out remedies in accordance with law, in the event of interference by any of the respondents.

By placing the statement on record, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
