Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for respondents.

The only grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are not receiving his application for extension of parole. In view of the same, the competent authority is directed to receive the representation of the petitioner, consider the same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
