The petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 4 of C.C. No.297 of 2016 on the file of XIII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, where the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance based on the private complaint and referred to police under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C for investigation. The police, WPS, CCS, Nampally registered the Crime No.548 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 406, 420, 506 IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. The petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to 4 and respondent No.2/ defacto complainant are present before this Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended. In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
Accordingly and in the result, both the Crl.P.M.P.Nos.9213 and 9214 of 2017 and the Criminal Petition are allowed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. _____________________________________ JUSTICE Dr. B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Date: 12.09.2017 knl
