PNR,J W.P.No16999 of 2019 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO Writ Petition No.17027 of 2019 ORDER:

The petitioner claims to be the owner and in possession of the land in Sy.Nos.762, 763, 517 and 323/A admeasuring Acs.12.04 gts., situated at Mattampally Village and Mandal, Suryapet District. 2.

It appears that out of the above extent of land, the petitioner sold Acs.2.30 gts., to one Karini Saidi Reddy and thereafter, remaining extent of land is with him i.e. Acs.9.14 gts.

Petitioner alleges that person by name P.Bhagya and others tried to interfere with his possession and enjoyment. Therefore, he filed O.S. No.65 of 2016, pending before the Court of Junior Civil Judge at Huzurnagar and the learned Judge granted ex parte injunction in I.A. No.138 of 2016. 4.

Petitioner now claims that after the formation of Telangana State, Government introduced a new system of issuance of Pattadar Pass Books and title deeds. He pleaded to grant them several times and made a representation on 24.07.2019. Alleging inaction of the authorities, this writ petition is filed.

Leaving apart the dispute pending in the Court of Junior Civil Judge at Huzurnagar, apparently no application is made by the petitioner as required i.e. filing Form 6A through online Web Portal but only a representation was made on 24.07.2019 and soon thereafter, instituted this writ petition. 6.

Even there is no material to show that such representation was received and acknowledged. Be that as it may, as application is not made in the prescribed form, it cannot be said that the 3rd respondent, Tahsildar,

PNR,J W.P.No16999 of 2019 is illegally not acting on the said application and warrant interference by this Court at this stage.

In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to grant any order in favour of the petitioner and the same is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to make an application in prescribed form requesting to mutate his name and issue Pattadar Pass Book and title deeds, as and when warranted. 8.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
