The learned counsel for petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to petitioners to file an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn, by granting liberty to petitioners to file application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
