This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to process the Application of the petitioner dated 01.03.2016 in terms of G.O.Ms.No. 151, dated 02.11.2015 for regularization of the property, admeasuring 250 square yards, bearing Municipal No. 10-11-70/E in Survey No. 135, Fathenagar, Balanagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner Sri Pratap Narayan Sanghi and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Considering the innocuous relief, which the petitioner has sought in this Writ Petition, this Court feels it appropriate to direct the respondent authorities to consider the Application of the petitioner dated 01.03.2016, in terms of G.O.Ms. No. 151, dated 02.11.2015 and pass appropriate orders thereon, subject to his satisfying the conditions prescribed therefor. With this, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
