HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.14284 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the Memorandum vide RC.No.370/A2/2018, dted 13.02.2018 issued by the respondent No.3 to an extent of it modified the cut of date prescribed in the first memorandum of Rc.No.370/A2/2018, dated 20.01.2018 with regard to age, eligibility criteria for the post of Assistant Analytical Officer, (ID Assistant), as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principles of natural justice and violative of Article 14 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent to undertake filling up of vacancies of Assistant Analytical Officer, (I.D.Assistant), in the intelligent department as per cut off date 30.06.2017 prescribed in the memorandum dated 20.01.

2018 and urther directed the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for recruitment, and to grant such other relief or reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." Heard learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 06.04.2018 passed by this Court in WP.No.10111 of 2018 and the same is not disputed by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services.

In view of the same, following the reasons stated in WP.No.10111 of 2018, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.02.2018 and take appropriate action, in accordance with law. Till then, one post of Assistant Analytical Officer (I.D.Assistant), shall be kept vacant. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. _______________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 23.04.2018 t k.
