Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents.

2. Petitioner's grievance is that 3rd respondent is repeatedly insisting that the petitioner appears before him in connection with the Crime No.75 of 2016 on the file of 3rd respondent. He alleges that he and his family members without any reason are being asked to come to the police station repeatedly even though the petitioner is not shown as an accused in the above FIR.

3. The learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents states that respondents would follow Section 41-A Cr.P.C. scrupulously, if they wish to examine the petitioner or his family members. 4.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to follow Section 41-A Cr.P.C. if they wish to examine the petitioner or his family members in connection with the investigation in the above crime. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
