ORDER

Though the learned counsel for the petitioner is present in the Court, he stated that he has no instructions from the petitioner.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner was continued in service on outsourcing basis upto 2016 and thereafter, he was discontinued from service, but the same was not challenged by him.

Since the petitioner was discontinued way back in 2016 and he did not challenge his discontinuance, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
