Heard.

The Petition is dismissed as the learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kurnool, passed the order granting concession of anticipatory bail on 16.02.2017 in Crl.M.P. No.221 of 2017, at the crime stage 1/17 of Gudur Police Station for the offences punishable under Section 306 R/w.511 of I.P.C. with conditions to surrender before the learned Magistrate concerned within 15 days from date of the said order and it was failed to comply. Later, application is filed for extension of time that was ended in dismissal in Crl.M.P. 386 of 2017 on 21.03.2017. However, the present application filed on 20.04.2018 about more than one year after said dismissal. Thereby, there are no grounds to extend all through for more than one year period to obey to the so called order but for to say from the bail order lapsed, it is not a bar if at all to seek regular or fresh anticipatory bail to decide on own merits. In consequence, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand dismissed.
