The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the grounds filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court dated 08.09.2021 made in Crl.P. and upon hearing the arguments of Srl G Ravi ChandranrAdvocate for the Petitioners and of Public Prosecutor for the Respondent, the Court'made the. fo llowing

ORDER

This application is filed by the petitioner/A3 to extend the time granted to her vide order, dated 08.O9,2021, passed by this Court in Crl,P,No,6449 ol 2O2t, with regard to her surrender before the Station House Officer, Trimulghery Police Station, Hyderabad, Heard. Perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/A3 would submit that the petitioner/A3 is a house wife and in the process of procuring money for the purpose of furnishing surety/ delay occurred and the petitioner/A3 is ready to abide by the conditions imposed by this Court. Under these circumstances, one (1) week time is granted from today to the petitioner/A3 to surrender before the Station House Officer, Trimulghery Police Station, Hyderabad, and furnish surety, as ordered by th is Court.
