HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P.No.550 of 2013 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., to withdraw O.P.No.1100 of 2012 from the file of the Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar, and transfer the same to the file of Principle Senior Civil Judge, Kovvur, West Godavari District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition and to that effect he also filed a letter dated 14.09.2015 before the Registry.

3. Permission as sought for is accorded and the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any filed in this civil miscellaneous petition, shall stand closed.
