This appeal is filed under Section 100 CPC aggrieved by the decree and judgment dated 04.12.2014 in A.S.No.15 of 2013 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Dharmavaram, Ananthapur District, wherein whereby the decree and judgment dated 21.02.2008 in O.S.No.151 of 1999 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Dharmavaram, dismissing the suit filed by the plaintiff for permanent injunction, was confirmed. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the second appeal with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law.

Accordingly, the Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the appellant to available the remedies available to him under law. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
