This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners, assailing the order, dated 04.02.2014, of the learned II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada, passed in I.A.No.80 of 2014 in O.S.No.23 of 1994.

At the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the disposal of the suit on 08.12.2014 by the trial Court, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision petition. 3.

Recording the submissions, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
