This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to register a crime against respondent No.4 basing on the complaint, dated 10.10.2016, of the petitioner. 2.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that respondent Nos.2 and 3 are not registering a case against respondent No.4 basing on the complaint lodged by him on 10.10.2016.

When the matter is called, it is informed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home that already a case was registered against respondent No.4 on 17.12.2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 506 read with 34 I.P.C. and the same was numbered as Crime No.119 of 2016. 5.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. 6.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
