.I and Crl.P.No.4718 of 2019 COMMON ORDER The criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.658 of 2019 on the file of Banjara Hills Police Station, Hyderabad District, registered for the offences under Sections 420, 468, 471 and 506 IPC, against the petitioner/accused.

I.A.Nos.4 and 5 of 2019 are filed under Sections 320(6) and 320(2) of Cr.P.C., by both parties seeking leave of this Court to compound the offences and to record compromise as the matter was settled out of the Court.

Along with the affidavits, the petitioner/accused and the GPA Holder of the de-facto complainant, by name, M. Sanjeeva Reddy, have filed a joint memo of compromise stating that during pendency of the present criminal case and other civil suits, they agreed to settle the matters amicably, due to intervention of their elders, family members and well-wishers, and in terms of the compromise, they agreed to compound and withdraw the present complaint and other civil suits filed against each other and they shall not raise any further claims in future. 3.

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the petitioner/accused and the GPA holder of the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant are present and they are identified by their respective counsel. They filed xerox copies of their aadhar cards along with the affidavit. When this Court enquired the parties, they stated that they have entered into a memorandum of compromise

due to intervention of the elders. The said joint memo shall form part of the record.

4. In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties I find that it is a fit case to record compromise between parties and to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused.

5. In the result, I.A.Nos.4 and 5 of 2019 are ordered. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in Cr.No.658 of 2019 on the file of Banjara Hills Police Station, Hyderabad District, are hereby quashed against the petitioner/accused.

6. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the criminal petition, shall stand closed.
