WRIT PETITION NO. 2238 OF 2009 O R D E R :
Heard Sri M.N. Narasimha Reddy for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader for respondents.
2. The petitioner complains the inaction of respondent in completing the surcharge proceedings initiated against the erstwhile office bearers of Piduguralla Primary Agricultural Cooperative Society.
3. On 16/3/2016, this Court directed respondents as follows :
Having seen the material and the inordinate delay, unless and until the conclusion of proceedings and the order passed by the authorities is shown, this Court cannot accept the statement made by the respondents.
For reporting conclusion of enquiry, as stated in the letter, dated 11/3/2016, post on 4/4/2016. Registry is directed to communicate the order to the Divisional Co-operative Officer, Narasaraopet, Guntur district.
4. The Assistant Government Pleader places on record
Rc.No.516/2004/B1, dated 31/3/2016 to show that surcharge enquiry was completed by 28/3/2016 and also orders were pronounced in the open court. The statement is placed on record and accepted.
5. Having regard to the above development, the complaint of inaction against respondent does not survive for consideration.
6. The writ petition is closed as no further order is necessary. No costs.
7. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
