THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE PULLA KARTHIK WRIT PETITION No.20050 OF 2007 ORDER: (per AKS,J) When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is informed by the learned counsel for the parties that the connected Writ Petition i.e., W.P.No.15881 of 2007 was dismissed for non-prosecution vide order, dated 03.08.2018. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition may also be dismissed, following the aforesaid order, dated 03.08.2018, passed by this Court in W.P.No.15881 of 2007. 2.

This Court, having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, is of the considered view that the parties are not interested to argue the case and informed the Court that the present Writ Petition can be dismissed by following the order, dated 03.08.2018, passed by this Court in W.P.No.15881 of 2007.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
