ORDER

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioners/A1 to A3 seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.34 of 2014 of Sanathnagar Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 347, 385, 386, 406, 447, 506 r/w.sec.34 IPC, against them.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the petitioners. Admittedly, the crime is of the year 2014 and no interim orders are passed in the matter. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief in this criminal petition.

3. Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand dismissed.
