Heard.
The petitioner filed an application under Prajavani, dated 13.01.2016 vide Sl.No.4275/2016 to the District Judge, Nalgonda and a copy of the same was also given to the Joint Collector, who forwarded the same to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Miryalaguda, the 3rd respondent herein.
In the said application the petitioner states that though he is the owner of land admeasuring Ac.01.04 guntas in Survey No.108, Dirsincherla Village of Nereducherla Mandal, Nalgonda District, the same is obstructed and attempted to grab by some persons under threat. On the said application, the 3rd respondent gave a direction to the 4th respondent to examine the matter and take necessary action. In respect of the said directions of the 3rd respondent, the 4th respondent has stated to have not taken any action and aggrieved thereby, the present writ petition is filed.
Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that in view of the directions already issued by the 3rd respondent, the 4th respondent must have initiated proceedings. However, there is no information as to whether the 4th respondent has taken up the petitioner's application and conducted any enquiry. Hence, the 4th respondent is directed to initiate enquiry and pass appropriate orders after giving notice to the parties expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these writ petitions shall stand closed.
