It is a case of N.D.P.S. Act involved in commercial quantity and view of the specific expression of Sathpal Singh vs. State of Punjab in Criminal Appeal No.462 of 2018, the question of granting Anticipatory Bail does not arise as the limitations required to be considered under Section 37 of the NDPS Act is also required to be considered.
