THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.16510 OF 2012 DATED: 25.06.2015 Between:

Kakileti Bala Venkateswara Bapiraju and another .. Petitioners And Government of Andhra Pradesh, Rep. by its Secretary, Department of Revenue, and others.

.. Respondents THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.16510 of 2012 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioners in this case was that the police authorities were colluding with respondents 8 to 10 herein and interfering with their day-to-day business in spite of the pendency of civil suits before the competent civil court. The Sub-Inspector of Police, Penugonda Police Station, West Godavari District, filed a counter-affidavit stating that the 1st petitioner lodged a complaint with the Penugonda Police Station against the 9th respondent and others. At the same time, the 9th and 10th respondents lodged complaints against each other with the Penugonda Police Station. Upon due enquiry, the police found that civil disputes were pending between the parties and they were accordingly advised to approach the competent court of law for redressal. The Sub-Inspector denied the allegation of the petitioners that the police authorities had interfered with their peaceful life and day-to-day business or were pressurizing them to settle their civil

disputes.

The stand of the police authorities is taken on record. In the light thereof, no interference is called for in this writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
