ORDER:

The petitioners, who claim to be the owners of property admeasuring Ac.1.711⁄2 cents under four bits, filed this Writ Petition with the grievance that their objections against release of final layout in favour of respondent No.3 are not being considered by respondent No.1.

It is the pleaded case of the petitioners that the above-mentioned extent of land in Survey Nos.35/5, 35/7, 35/8 and 35/4 of Jayanthivari Agraharam Village, Bheemunipatnam Mandal, Visakhapatnam was included by respondent No.3 in the layout proposed by him and that if the final layout is released without considering their objections in this regard, their interests will immensely

suffer.

In view of this innocuous grievance of the petitioners, respondent No.1 is directed to consider the objections of the petitioners before releasing the final layout in favour of respondent No.3.

Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.1040 of 2016 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
