This contempt case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act alleging that the respondent has not complied the orders of this Court dated 24.08.2016 in W.P.No.28479 of 2016.

Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent has complied the orders of this Court dated 24.08.2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners also submitted that the respondent has complied the orders of this Court. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for both parties, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
